Membership

Membership is open, at no cost, to any animal welfare group within Vigo County, Indiana.

VCAC Board:

Membership on the VCAC Board is made up of:

• 1 official member and 1 alternate from each of the membership organizations
• 1 county commissioner
• A maximum of 3 persons not directly connected with any of the member organizations but selected by a simple majority of the group.

A simple quorum of voting members is required to conduct business at any meeting.
